Robotic Screw Driving Machine

ProDesign designed, built, and programmed a custom machine to assemble dollys made from structural foam plastic.  A SCARA robot with custom end of arm tooling that integrated an automated torquing driver, installed screws at 13 different points per cart to attach 4 casters to a deck. 

At the same time, plastic clips were installed from below.
